A new 16,000 SF pre-school center on South Firethorne, this project includes classrooms for students 2 years to 5 years old, a kitchen and dining hall, administration areas and an outdoor playground.
STHA utilized the client's existing prototype design to develop this project for the site. Work involved adapting and improving the design to meet planning and code requirements, coordinating the consultant team, and preparing full construction documents.
Following the completion of the school on South Firethorne, a second school was commissioned by the clients to be located on S. Mason. The original plan was adapted and tailored to the new site.
